Photobucket This tutorial was written by me Debs Design on July 21/09. Any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. This tut requires a working knowledge of PSP. It has been created in PSP 9. The tube used is the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. Do not use his artwork unless you have a licence to do so. His artwork can be found HERE The kit I used for this tag is a PTU taggers kit "Delicate Bling" and it can be found at Butterfly Blush Designs Store The template that I have used for this tag is #79 from Dezigns By Ali and it can be found HERE
I have not included the animated butterfly in this tut as I do not know where it came from. If it is belongs to you please let me know and I will credit you or remove it.
Outside filter used is Constellation from Alien Skin Xenofex 2.
Lets Begin
Open template 79 in psp, shift D and close off the original. Remove file name from the image. Increase the canvas size to 650 x 650.
Pick five papers from the kit and one color to compliment your tube. The next step is the same for Shape layers 1, 2, 3, 4, and the circle. For the frame layer use the color that you chose. Highlight a shape on the layer pallet. Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat. Add a new raster layer. Choosing a paper, copy and then paste as a new layer. Resize as necessary then go to selections invert and then hit delete on the keyboard. Then delete the shape layer from the layer pallet. Do this for all the above listed shapes and for the frame flood fill with the color you chose. Add a new raster layer and flood fill white, pull this down below the circle on the layer pallet. Highlight the circle layer on the layer pallet. Choose a glitter flower from the kit. Copy and paste as a new layer (this should now be ontop of the white background and the circle). Resize by 80% and position in the top left of the image. Duplicate this layer, go to image mirror and then image flip. Close off all layers except the frame layer, take your magic wand and click inside the frame, go to selections modify, expand and expand by 2. Take your tube of choice and paste as a a new layer, resize and position in the frame. Go to selections invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Move this layer under the frame layer on the layer pallet. Once again paste and resize the tube but this time place it above the frame layer. Now take the eraser tool and remove the parts that you want behind the frame. See mine for reference. Add a drop shadow to each of the shape and frame layers and the glitter flowers. I used V&H 0, opacity 40, blur 8, color black. Decorate with elements from the kit, again see mine for reference.Add your text and copy right.
To Animate First close off all layers except the two glitter flower layers, then merge, merge visible. Now duplicate this merged layer twice so that you have three merged glitter flower layers. Sitting on the first merged layer go to effects, plugins and find your constellation plug in. Under settings I used bling bling and make sure "keep original image" is selected. Hit okay. Go to your second merged layer, go to effects plugins, constellation and click on random seed then hit okay. Go to your third merged layer and highlight it, go to effects, plugins, constellation, and hit random seed, then ok. Now unhide all layers on the layer pallet. Open animation shop Back in PSP close off two of the duplicated layers. Highlight the open merged layer and go to edit, copy merged. Now to animation shop and paste as a new image. Back to psp, close off the first merged layer and open the second merged layer go to edit, copy merged and go back to animation shop and paste after current frame. Back to psp, close off the second merged layer and open the third merged layer. Go to edit, copy merged go back to animation shop and paste after current frame. View your animation if all is well, save your animated image. That's it your done. I hope you enjoyed this tut.

Down to Earth This tutorial was written by me on July 8/09 any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. I'm using the Gorjuss artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, do not use these images unless you have a licence to do so. You can get her artwork HERE. I'm using Template 129 from Dezigns by Ali and you can find this template HERE. The PTU scrapkit I'm using is called "Down to Earth" by Scrappy Luv Designs and can be purchased here at BUTTERFLY BLUSH DESIGNS. This tutorial requires a working knowledge of PSP. Let's Begin: Open template 129 and duplicate image and close the original. I deleted the three flowers and black circle from the template. Highlight shape 1 on the layer pallet. Go to selections, select all, float then defloat. Choose a paper from the kit and copy it, paste as a new layer then resize by 20%. Go to selections invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Now delete shape 1 layer on the layer pallet. Do this same procedure for the tow circles. With your magic wand click inside one of the circles, go to selections, modify, expand by 2 using your tube of choice, paste as a new layer, go to selections invert and hit delete on the keyboard. Pull this layer below the circle layer on the layer pallet. Add a drop shadow to the circle of H&V 1, opacity 30, blur 8 color black. Repeat the above for the second circle. Highlight shape 3 on the layer pallet, go to sekections, select all, float then defloat. Choose another paper from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 20%, then go to selections and invert and hit delete. Repeat this for the copy of shape 3. Add the same drop shadow as above. Choose different elements from the kit and decorate as desired. Add your copyright and name and you are finished.

My CU4CU TOU

All my Cu4Cu products are exactly that. No need to spend money on an extra license. My terms are very liberal and here they are:
These are the may NOT'S

--do not sell/give away the script or claim as your own
--do not use the tubes/selections/patterns/
gradients etc in other projects
--do not turn it into a greyscale template and then redistribute
--No sharing of files, just because you downloaded it doesn't give you the right to share it.

FOR THE TEMPLATES
--Do not repackage as greyscale and resell and do not claim as your own
--Do not turn into a script and then sell it

What you may do:
--You may colorize and use in Cu element pkgs, kits,S4H/S4O.

That's it.
Credit not necessary but always appreciated
