Holly Glitter Tag

This tutorial was written in PSP 9 and is for users familiar with PSP. This tut was written on November 14/08 and any resemblence to any other tutorial is coincidental.

Let's get started.
Open your mask and minimize in psp.
Open a new raster image 600x600. Flood fill white.
Open a paper from the Holly Glitter scrapkit, I used paper #4, copy and paste it as a new layer
Go to layers, new mask layer, from image and find the Vix Christmas mask #5.
Source luminance checked, invert mask data unchecked, hit okay.
Layer palette mask layer left click, delete, answer yes. Layer palette highlight group left click, merge, merge group.

Open frame #2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 60% smart size.Image
rotate, free rotate, right 15. Dropshadow H&V 0,opacity 50, blur 8.

Open frame #1 copy and paste as a new layer, resize 60% smart size. Magic
wand, click inside red frame, selections, modify and expand by three. Open a
black paper from the kit, copy and paste as new layer. Selections invert and
making sure you are on the paper layer hit delet. Selections none. Pull the
paper layer under the red frame. Drop shadow as above to the red frame.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize and position as necessary.
Take your tube and crop to a head shot, then copy and paste as new layer in
the red frame, resize and position. On layer palette, changed to luminance
and reduce opacity to 64%.

Decorate your tag with elements from the kit. I used the poinsetta and eyelet
ribbon.
I used a dropshadow of H&V 0, opacity 50 and blur 8 on all elements.
Add your copyright and name and you are done.
